The All Star Festival Community Football Gala in Tamale witnessed a major upset as Sagnarigu defeated the previously undefeated Lamashegu team. This surprise result has changed the dynamics in Group A with Sagnerigu now taking the top spot.

Elsewhere in Group C, all the two games played in the group ended in draws. Kpalsi played out a goalless game against Kakpagyilli while the match between Sakasaka and Kukuo finished 1-1.
These results had little to no ramifications for the group dynamics as Kakpagyilli and Kpalsi maintained their respective positions in the group before the games and progress to the quarter finals in first and second place respectively.
