Match Officials Appointed for Ghana Premier League Matchday 3
The Referees Committee of the Ghana Football Association (GFA) has released the list of match officials for Matchday 3 of the 2025/26 Ghana Premier League season. Fixtures will kick off on Friday, September 26, with games spread across the weekend, while two matches are scheduled as outstanding.
The opening clash of the round takes place at the Accra Sports Stadium, where Hearts of Oak SC will welcome Eleven Wonders FC on Friday evening. Gabriel Opoku Arhin has been appointed as the center referee, assisted by Gabriel Boateng and Micheal Alugmi. Barikisu Salifu will act as the fourth referee, while Kwesi Arthur serves as the match commissioner.
On Saturday, attention shifts to Dormaa, where Aduana FC host newly-promoted Swedru All Blacks FC at the Nana Agyemang Badu II Park. The game will be handled by referee Mohammed Misbaou, supported by assistants Ali Timuah Baah and Augustine Afful. Forster Bastiours will be the fourth referee, with Alhassan Seini Seidu as the match commissioner.
Sunday promises a packed schedule with several high-profile encounters. At the Dr. Kwame Kyei Complex, Nations FC face FC Samartex 1996, officiated by Daniel Laryea. Two matches remain outstanding. GoldStars SC are set to face Berekum Chelsea at Dun’s Park, with Moro Iddrisu as referee, supported by Tijani Mohammed and Henry Essel Bediako. Reginald Collins Amoah is the fourth referee, and Augustine Adjei Kane will serve as commissioner.
Finally, Basake Holy Stars FC will meet giants Asante Kotoko SC at the Nsenkyire Sports Arena.
