Joseph Paintsil Credits Brother Seth Paintsil for his Career Height
Ghanaian winger Joseph Paintsil, currently enjoying his holidays in Ghana after a remarkable season in the MLS, has attributed his football success to the guidance and inspiration of his family especially his elder brother, Seth Paintsil.
Reflecting on his journey, the LA Galaxy star expressed immense gratitude for the role his brother and family played in shaping his career.
“I always thank him because he paved the way for me and is the reason why I’m where I am today,” Joseph said, acknowledging Seth’s influence.
Seth Paintsil, who plays for Maltese Premier League side Birkirkara FC, has long been a role model for Joseph, inspiring him to pursue professional football.
Following his brother’s path, Joseph has emerged as a key player for LA Galaxy, helping them secure a record sixth MLS title this season with 14 goals and numerous assists.
Joseph joined the MLS side from Belgian club Genk and has since become a fan favorite, known for his incredible performances.
