Group A

Host nation Egypt headlines Group A, joined by Zambia, Sierra Leone, South Africa, and Tanzania. The group is a mix of tournament veterans and emerging forces, with the Pharaohs expected to have strong home support behind them. South Africa and Zambia bring experience and attacking quality, while Sierra Leone and Tanzania will look to surprise their more established opponents.

Group B

Nigeria, the most successful sides in the tournament’s history with seven trophies, leads Group B, which also features Tunisia, Kenya, and Morocco.
