With the international break over, a host of Ghanaian footballer who ply their trades outside the country returned to their clubs. BAC Sports has wrapped up how some of these players fared for their various clubs over the weekend.
Mohammed Fuseini
Fuseini played 70 minutes and scored his first professional hattrick for Randers as they thrashed Lyngby 6-2 in the Danish Superliga.
Mohammed Kudus
Kudus played 90 minutes for West Ham United. He scored one and further assisted one goal in their 4-3 defeat to Newcastle United at St. James Park in the EPL.
Ernest Nuamah
Nuamah came on for the second 45 minutes in Lyon’s 1-1 draw with Reims in the French Ligue 1. He scored the equalizer to earn a point for Lyon.
Antoine Semenyo
Semenyo played the entire game for Bournemouth in their 2-1 home win against Everton at the Vitality Stadium.
Jordan Ayew
Jordan Ayew lasted 66 minutes for Crystal Palace. He was replaced by Jeffery Schlupp in their 1-1 draw with Nottingham Forrest at the City Grounds.
Tariq Lamptey
Tariq Lamptey played 70 minutes for Brighton and Hove Albion as they succumbed to a 2-1 defeat to Liverpool at Anfield.
Thomas Partey
Partey came off the bench in the 66th minute for Arsenal in their goalless drawn game with Manchester City at the Etihad Stadium in the EPL.
Andre Ayew
Andre Ayew played 90 minutes for Le Havre in their 2-0 home loss to Montpellier in the French Ligue 1 on Sunday.
Iñaki Williams
Iñaki Williams played the entire game for Athletic Club Bilbao this weekend. His club lost 2-0 to Real Madrid at the Santiago Bernabéu in the la Liga.
Osman Ibrahim
Osman Ibrahim impressed for Nordsjaelland despite their 3-2 defeat to Aarhus at home in the Danish Cup semifinal. He scored 1 goal but it wasn’t enough for his side to win the 1st leg.
