Black Stars left-back Gideon Mensah has been officially confirmed to participate in the highly anticipated fourth edition of the All Star Festival, set to take place on Wednesday, June 18, 2025, at the University of Ghana Sports Stadium.
Mensah, who plays for AJ Auxerre in the French Ligue 1, enjoyed a solid 2024/25 season, featuring in 29 matches and providing one assist for the club. Known for his pace and composure on the ball, he adds to the growing list of top footballers set to headline the festival.
Speaking in an interview with the organizers ahead of the event, Gideon Mensah shared his excitement about joining the festival:
It’s a great feeling to see your old friends and also get to have fun with them. These games do not have anything at stake.
