The Minister for Sports and recreation, Kofi Adams, has disclosed that members of the Black Stars management committee are currently not receiving any salaries for their services.
However, he stated that if Ghana qualifies for the FIFA World Cup, the government will determine an appropriate reward for them.
Speaking in an interview on Asempa FM, Adams clarified that while committee members are working without pay at the moment, their efforts could be acknowledged with incentives should the national team secure a spot in the prestigious tournament.
Black Stars management committee members are not being paid for now, but if we qualify for the World Cup, then the government will decide what they must be given as a reward. He explained.
