Kudus is all smiles as Ghana land in Luanda

Black Stars Return Home From Angola

The Black Stars have safely returned to Ghana following their 1-1 draw against Angola in Luanda on Friday in the 2025 Africa Cup of Nations qualifiers. The team landed at the Kotoka International Airport early Saturday morning, arriving at 5:25 am.

Despite missing out on qualification for the continental showpiece in Morocco, the squad is determined to conclude their campaign on a positive note. Their focus now shifts to the final Group F fixture against Niger, scheduled for Monday, November 18, 2024, at the Accra Sports Stadium.

Coach Otto Addo has outlined a recovery training session for the players on Saturday to help them regain their fitness. This will be followed by a final training session on Sunday to fine-tune preparations for the match.

The Black Stars are aiming to end the qualifiers with a morale-boosting win in front of their home fans, as they look to rebuild and chart a path forward after a disappointing campaign.
