Former Hearts of Oak forward Felix Baffoe has opened up about some of the regrets he has from his playing days, admitting that poor choices in his youth affected his football career.

Speaking in an exclusive interview with The BAC Sports, Baffoe reflected on his past and shared heartfelt advice for the next generation of footballers.

There are certain things I did during my youthful and playing days that I regret, Baffoe confessed. If I had the chance, I would have changed a lot of things. We did a lot of things we shouldn’t have done, like womanizing  and it affected us a lot.

Now in retirement, Baffoe revealed that life after football hasn’t been easy, especially without a stable job.

Retirement hasn’t been easy without a job, but I’m still managing, he said.

Despite the challenges he faces, the former Hearts of Oak star is determined to use his experience to guide young players. He urged them to stay focused and grounded.

My advice to the young footballers is to be disciplined, respectful, and hardworking. That’s the only way to succeed.
