Former Asante Kotoko and Black Stars assistant coach Maxwell Konadu has revealed he is in discussions with clubs outside Ghana following his departure from South African side Black Leopards.

Konadu parted ways with the club after 17 matches, during which he guided them to a brief rise to second place on the league table. Despite recording only six wins, he reflected positively on the experience.

It was a short stint, but a very valuable one, he said. I’ve had conversations with teams abroad, but with the season winding down, I’d rather take my time and make the right decision.

With the 2024/25 Ghana Premier League season drawing to a close, Konadu’s next move remains uncertain, but a return to the dugout, whether locally or overseas, seems likely.
