Osman Bukari Scores First Goal for Austin FC in Victory Over Nashville

Ghanaian winger, Osman Bukari scored his first goal in Major League Soccer (MLS) for Austin FC as they secured a comfortable 2-0 victory over Nashville SC on Saturday.

The former Red Star Belgrade attacker netted the second of the two goals in the 84th minute to cushion his side’s lead after Jon Gallagher had put them ahead in the first half.

It took Bukari four games to score his first ever goal in the MLS having made his debut for Austin against Charlotte about a month ago.

This win puts Bukari’s team in 9th place in the MLS Western Conference league table with 34 points from 26 games.

Bukari joined Austin FC in July from Red Star Belgrade for a reported fee of $8 million. He has made a promising start to his career in the MLS, and his goal against Nashville will give him a boost of confidence.

Austin FC are now unbeaten in their last three games, and they will be looking to continue their good form in the upcoming weeks.

The victory over Nashville also keeps Austin FC’s hopes of qualifying for the MLS playoffs alive. The team is currently in 9th place in the Western Conference, but there is still a lot of football to be played.

Bukari will be hoping to continue his good form and help Austin FC achieve their goals this season.
