The family of Briamah, the prime suspect in the case of the late Nana Pooley, has pledged to assist the police in locating him. Briamah remains at large, but his family insists they do not support his actions or his attempt to evade justice.
Speaking to Ark FM in Sunyani, his brother made it clear that the family is committed to ensuring Briamah faces the consequences of his alleged actions.
“The family is not supporting what our brother has done. We’re not supporting him to run away. He has to face the consequences of what he has done,” he stated firmly.
He further revealed that the family is actively searching for Briamah and hopes to bring him forward to clear the air.
“We are all searching and helping to locate him so he can come out and tell the whole world what he knows. Many people in Nsoatre even thought I was the one police had arrested,” he added.
Meanwhile, Asante Kotoko has announced their return to football action following the burial and final funeral rites of the late Nana Pooley.
