Minister of Sports and Recreation, Kofi Adams, has encouraged Black Stars players to showcase their abilities and dominance in their upcoming match against Chad.

As part of the March international break, the Black Stars are set to face Chad and Madagascar in two crucial qualifiers for the 2026 FIFA World Cup.

Addressing journalists ahead of the fixtures at the Accra Sports Stadium, Kofi Adams expressed confidence in the team’s abilities, emphasizing that they are among the best on the African continent. He urged the players to put in a strong performance against their opponents.

I reminded the players that no team in Africa is better than them. They must believe in their abilities and demonstrate their quality on the field. Adams stated.

Ghana will take on Chad on March 21, followed by a clash with Madagascar on March 24. Victories in both matches could propel the Black Stars to the top of Group I, strengthening their chances of qualifying for the World Cup.
