The Unity Cup, the historic Afro-Caribbean Invitational Tournament, is making a highly anticipated comeback after 21 years, with West London set to take center stage.

From May 27 to May 31, 2025, Brentford FC’s Gtech Community Stadium will host a festival of elite football as four powerhouse teams from Africa and the Caribbean clash for continental bragging rights.

The Black Stars of Ghana, Super Eagles of Nigeria, Reggae Boyz of Jamaica, and Soca Warriors of Trinidad and Tobago are the confirmed national teams taking part in the revived tournament.

With a capacity crowd of 17,250 expected at each match, the Unity Cup promises to deliver not just top-tier competition, but a cultural celebration of food, music, and community spirit.

The action kicks off on May 27 with a fiery semi-final dubbed the “Trini-Jam”, a first-ever UK meeting between Trinidad and Tobago and Jamaica. The following day, May 28, arch-rivals Ghana and Nigeria will meet in a much-hyped showdown for West African supremacy. Both matches set the stage for a thrilling final weekend.

All teams return on May 31 for a third-place playoff, followed by the grand final, where the 2025 Unity Cup champions will be crowned.
