Kumasi Asante Kotoko head coach, Karim Zito, has declared his unwavering determination as his side prepares to face rivals Accra Hearts of Oak in Sunday’s highly-anticipated Super Clash at the Accra Sports Stadium.

Speaking ahead of the fixture, Coach Zito affirmed his commitment to the league campaign, promising to continue fighting until the very end of the season.

We are going to fight the league and until the league ends, I will never lose hope. We are still doing our best to win every game, Zito said.

The Porcupine Warriors currently occupy 4th place on the Ghana Premier League table with 50 points after 29 matches. A win against Hearts of Oak, who sit 6th with 45 points, would not only widen the gap between the two arch-rivals but also strengthen Kotoko’s push for a top finish.

Sunday’s Super Clash promises to be another fierce contest between Ghana’s two most decorated clubs. In the first leg earlier this season, Kotoko snatched a narrow 1-0 victory at the Baba Yara Sports Stadium, courtesy of a last-minute goal from Albert Amoah.

Both sides have endured inconsistent form in recent weeks, making this clash even more crucial as the league season approaches its climax.
