Tottenham Hotspur have officially unveiled Ghanaian international Mohammed Kudus as their latest signing, completing a £55 million move from West Ham United.

The North London club confirmed the deal on Tuesday evening, revealing that the 24-year-old has signed a six-year contract that will keep him at the club until 2031.

Kudus, who impressed during his time at West Ham with his skill, versatility, and eye for goal, becomes one of the most expensive signings in Spurs’ history. The attacking midfielder had made it clear he only wanted a move to Tottenham, despite strong interest from several top clubs across Europe.

He is expected to join his new teammates in training later this week after completing his medical in London. His arrival adds to a growing list of ambitious moves by Tottenham as they prepare for the upcoming Premier League campaign.

Kudus will wear the number 20 shirt at Spurs his favorite number, which he also wears for the Ghana national team, the Black Stars.
