The Ghana Police Service has arrested Grace Siaw, the girlfriend of Daniel Febiri, also known as Brimah, the main suspect in the murder of Francis Yaw Frimpong, popularly known as Nana Pooley.
Brimah has been on the run since the incident, prompting an intensive search by authorities.
In an update on their official X page, Asante Kotoko revealed that Grace Siaw had been taken into custody for aiding the suspect’s escape.
The police have in their custody one GRACE SIAW, a girlfriend of DANIEL FEBIRI a.k.a BRAIMA a.k.a ASHI a.k.a Rasta, who concealed the suspect between 4th & 17th February and assisted him in escaping to Senegal through Côte d’Ivoire.
She was brought to court on 25th February and remanded. She is set to appear in court today, and we await further developments.”
Meanwhile, the late Nana Pooley is scheduled to be laid to rest on March 6.
