Appointment Committee announces officials for Ghana Premier League Matchday 8
The Referees Appointment Committee of the Ghana Football Association has released the list of match officials for Matchday 8 of the 2025/26 Ghana Premier League season.
The round of fixtures kicks off on Friday, October 31, 2025, when Bechem United host Nations FC at the Nana Fosu Gyeabour Park. The game will be handled by George Mawuli Vormawor, with Paul Atimaka and James Osafo serving as assistant referees. Maxwell Owusu will be the fourth referee, while Alhassan Seidu Seini acts as the Match Commissioner.
On Saturday, November 1, Hohoe United will welcome Medeama SC to the Hohoe Sports Stadium. Jacob Aduntera will officiate the match, assisted by George A. Akisiboka and Micheal Alugmi. Nathan Anafo serves as the fourth referee, with Dawson Amoah as the Match Commissioner.
A busy Sunday follows with several fixtures across the country. At the Baba Yara Sports Stadium, Asante Kotoko SC will play Karela United FC under the supervision of referee Maxwell Hanson. His assistants will be Bless Awadzi and Kenneth Tweneboah-Kodua, with Mohammed Misbaou as the fourth official. The Match Commissioner is John Obuabisa.
