CS Constantine’s Zakaria Benchaa’s double strike means Nsoatreman needs a miracle in the second leg to keep their CAF Confederation Cup group stage hopes alive, after losing 2-0 to CS Constantine in the first leg of their final qualifying round, at the Accra Sports Stadium, on Friday afternoon.

The 27-year old attacker, was the difference, scoring both goals. His first came in the 11th minute from a tight angle,  and he followed it up with a stunning long-range strike in the 27th minute.

Although Nsoatreman dominated possession and created numerous chances, but their finishing was lacking.

The reigning Ghanaian FA Cup champions, must now secure a convincing 3-0 lead in the second leg at Mohamed Hamlaoui Stadium in Algeria, on September 21, to advance to the next stage of the competition.
