Head to Head Record

Hearts of Oak have enjoyed a good run against Vision FC since the later’s promotion to the Ghana top-flight last season.
The 21-time Ghana Premier League champions have beaten Vision FC twice and recorded 1 draw in their 3 previous meetings in the league.
Goals in this fixture has been few with just 4 in the 3 games between the sides. Hearts of Oak have scored 3 of those with Vision scoring just once.
The last time the two sides met at the Nii Adjei Okraku II Sports Complex, the game ended 1-1 and it’s the only game that produced more than one goal.
Form Guide

Both sides come into this match with a patchy form that needs urgent turn around.
In the last 5 games, Vision have recorded a single victory , drawn twice while losing 2. In home matches alone, they have some respite, having won 2, drawn 2 and lost once once.
The Phobians have almost a similar record in their last 5 games. 1 win , 3 draws and 1 defeat have left them rueing missed chances to get closer to Bibiani GoldStars and Medeama SC who have taken the lead on top of the GPL table.
But Hearts of Oak will be boosted by their good form on the road. They have won three of their last 5 away games including playing a draw (their last away game) and losing just once to GoldStars.
With Hearts of lying 5 points adrift of leaders Bibiani GoldStars, the game will be a must win if their ambitions of being crowned GPL champions for the 22nd time and first since 2021 will be alive.
For the ‘Eewo Kɛkɛ’ who lie in a precarious position, just a place and two points away from the drop zone, the game will mean everything as their survival hopes could hinge on it.
