The head coach of the Syli Nationale of Guinea, Paulo Duarte, has initiated an European tour aimed at strengthening the national team’s future. The tour, which commenced on January 10th and will conclude on January 20th, includes visits to four key nations: Italy, Belgium, Spain, and France.

During this tour, Coach Duarte is holding direct meetings with current Guinean international players and other footballers of Guinean descent. The central objective is to personally present his detailed project and vision for the national team. He aims to build a unified, strong, and ambitious Syli Nationale capable of achieving consistent success on the African and international stage.

This initiative highlights the federation’s proactive approach to talent recruitment and team building. By engaging directly with players abroad, the coach seeks to build a strong national team capable of competing for the AFCON and one that aligns with his project.

Following the European leg of his mission, Coach Duarte is scheduled to continue his outreach efforts with a visit to the Middle East. There, he will meet with additional eligible players, ensuring no potential contributor to Guinean football is overlooked in this comprehensive team-building campaign.

The Syli Nationale’s pursuit of excellence continues with this dedicated effort to connect with its diaspora and solidify a competitive squad for the competitions ahead.
