Black Stars head coach Otto Addo has expressed confidence in the playing conditions at the Accra Sports Stadium ahead of Ghana’s crucial FIFA World Cup qualifier against Chad on Friday.
Speaking at the pre-match press conference, Addo praised the pitch and assured fans that his team would capitalize on the favorable conditions to create scoring opportunities.
We have a good pitch. I know we will create a lot of chances, and the goals will come. He stated.
With Ghana currently sitting third in Group I with nine points, the match against Chad presents an opportunity for the Black Stars to strengthen their qualification campaign. Chad, who are yet to secure a point in the qualifiers, will be looking to cause an upset, but Addo remains optimistic about his team’s chances.
