Chief Executive of BAC Group, Dr. Ernest Koranteng is engaging key stakeholders and corporate leaders to rally support for what is expected to be one of Ghana’s biggest sports and entertainment events of the year.
During a courtesy visit to Mrs. Stella Addo, West Africa Director of CIPS, Dr. Koranteng formally presented a special invitation package for the festival, which included a personalized invitation card, a commemorative flask, and branded festival apparel.
Presenting the items, Dr. Koranteng expressed his appreciation for Mrs. Addo’s support and encouraged her participation at the event.
“We brought you a little souvenir,” he said while presenting the package. “We pray that you don’t travel on that day so you can wear this and come. If you come with your family, everyone can have matching shirts and be part of the celebration.”
Mrs. Addo warmly received the gifts and commended BAC Group for spearheading what she described as a laudable initiative that deserves support.
“I am honoured by this gesture,” she stated. “BAC group is a company I have associated myself with and believe in. This is a very laudable initiative and I encourage Corporate Ghana to support it. It is not only about financial support; we also need people to be physically present with their families to make the event a success.”
She urged Ghanaians to attend in large numbers, describing the festival as a unique opportunity for fans to interact with some of the country’s most celebrated football icons.
“It’s going to be fun. We love our Black Stars and we need to see these icons. Personally, I am looking forward to meeting some of them. We watch them on television, but having the opportunity to see them in person, shake hands with them, and take memorable photographs is truly special. BAC is making this possible. If you miss this, you would have missed a lifetime opportunity.”
The All Star Festival 2026 is scheduled for July 10 and 11 at the University of Ghana Sports Stadium and is expected to bring together football legends, current stars, corporate leaders, celebrities, fans, and families for two days of sporting excellence, entertainment, networking, and community engagement.
Organised by BAC Group, the festival has grown into a premier sporting and entertainment platform that celebrates Ghanaian football while creating opportunities for fans to interact with their heroes. The event will feature football activities, fan engagements, exhibition matches, entertainment performances, corporate activations, and family-friendly experiences designed to unite people through sport.
