The Ghana Olympic Committee (GOC), led by President Richard Akpokavie Esq, on Tuesday called on the family of the late former First Lady, Nana Konadu Agyeman-Rawlings, in Accra to commiserate with them on the passing of the trailblazer.

Expressing his condolences, Mr. Akpokavie said the former first lady was a trailblazer of women empowerment and a role model of which sports was no exception.

Dr Zanetor Rawlings, Member of Parliament for the Klottey-Korle Constituency, expressed deep gratitude to the Ghana Olympic Committee for their support during this difficult time.
