Ghana’s Israel Aklie, 2024 ITTF Africa Hopes Challenge champion, is in the UK for a training camp from 10th to 21st November 2025.
After missing out on the World Hopes Challenge in October, Aklie is happy to train with team England at the English School of Sport in Sheffield.
Facilitated by the Ghana Table Tennis Association and supported by its president, Mawuko Afadzinu and the International Table Tennis Federation, Aklie will benefit from world-class coaches and experts.
Israel Aklie is accompanied by International Table Tennis Federation Level 3 Coach, David Senyo Ahiaba, on his training camp.
Israel Aklie and Joanita Borteye will later join the ITTF Global Youth Training Camp in China from the 3rd to 13th December 2025.
