Ghana’s men’s U18 beach volleyball pair closed out the African Development Cup in Saly, Senegal with a silver medal, falling 2–0 to a dominant Sierra Leone side in Thursday’s gold medal match on the final day of competition.

Sierra Leone were the standout pair of the four-day competition on Saly’s sands, arriving in the final unbeaten and closing it out in straight sets to be crowned champions.
Their partnership proved difficult to break down, and Ghana, despite the quality shown earlier in the tournament, could not find an answer on the day that mattered most.
