Aduana Football Club has formally announced the funeral arrangements for their late player, Dominic Frimpong, who will be laid to rest on Wednesday, 29th April 2026, at Assin Dansame.

In an official press release signed by Evans Oppong, the Club’s Corporate Affairs and External Relations Manager, the family of the deceased player has communicated their decision to the Dormaahene, Osaagyefo Oseadeeyo Dr. Agyemang Badu II, and the entire Aduana FC family.

The final funeral rites will be held in Assin Dansame, where members of the football fraternity, supporters, and the general public are invited to gather in sympathy and pay their final respects.

In a gesture of profound compassion, the Dormaahene has directed that the remainder of the player’s contract fees, including his monthly salary, be paid in full to the bereaved family. The directive aims to provide financial relief during what remains an incredibly trying period for Dominic’s loved ones.

Aduana FC has reaffirmed its commitment to remaining in constant communication with the family, ensuring that the memory of Dominic Frimpong is honoured and his service to the club never forgotten.

“We take this opportunity to invite the football fraternity and the general public to join us on Wednesday to sympathise with us and pay final respects as we lay our fallen hero to rest,” the statement read.

The club concluded with a sombre yet peaceful tribute: “May Dominic Frimpong continue to rest in perfect peace.”
